1. Identify the laptop being used to run the meeting, launch GTM and ensure software is up to date.
2. Decide if one or both of the cameras will be used during the meeting. a. If only one is being used, connect that via usb to the laptop running the presentation, and confiure it in GTM software. b. If both cameras are being used, EXIT GTM software, connect both to laptop, configure in ManyCam software to use both, and then launch GTM, and select ManyCam virtual cam
3. Start meeting in GTM, mute laptop mic
4. Dial into meeting on polycom in room
5. Start Recording
